I am a product designer with more than 10 years of experience working across healthcare, enterprise systems, financial services, AI product design, commerce, accessibility, and founder-built products.
My work spans the full product design practice: discovery, workflow mapping, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, engineering handoff, and implementation support. I am comfortable working from 0 to 1 and from messy requirements to polished, production-ready experiences.
I have worked as a senior product designer at organizations like Athenahealth, Johnson & Johnson, eBay, BlackRock, and Compass Digital. I have also founded two live products: ToolRoute, an AI agent routing layer, and ReviewsRight, a reputation management platform for local businesses.
Core strengths
What I do better than most designers
I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution
I can lead discovery, shape product direction, define the experience, prototype it, work closely with engineering, and refine through feedback. Not every designer can do all of those well. I can.
I am comfortable in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
Some of my best work has happened in environments where the problem was not yet clear. I help teams figure out what to build, not just how to build it.
I design for trust
In healthcare, AI, finance, and enterprise systems, the product is only as good as the user's confidence in it. I take that seriously.
I build with engineering, not after it
Early collaboration with engineers leads to better trade-offs, fewer surprises, and products that actually ship the way they were designed.
I think in systems
Reusable patterns, edge cases, states, and handoff documentation are not afterthoughts. They are part of how I work.

Design philosophy
“Enterprise products deserve the same level of clarity, usability, and craft as customer-facing products.”
